About the Position

As an intern at Poolia, you will gain a unique insight into the recruitment industry. You will work closely with our consulting managers and have the opportunity to participate in the entire recruitment process – from job requirements to hiring.

Examples of Tasks:

• Advertising and selection of candidates.
• CV review and phone interviews.
• Participate in interviews and candidate assessments.
• Administrative support in recruitment processes.
• Searching for candidates via various platforms.

Your Main Tasks

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying HR, economics, behavioral science, sales, or similar.
• Has a strong interest in people and communication.
• Is curious, driven, and structured.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
